Yes, Spring really is nearly here!

And wow, do I have a treat for You…

Since starting Spiritual Wellness I’ve been more aware of the seasons and nature’s cycles

Along with the moon cycles, I really feel Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter more than ever

In fact, at the time of writing it’s January, still winter and I certainly feel like I’m still in winter too

Last year in the membership I held a Spring Equinox celebration workshop, it was so nourishing, connecting & informative (because we gotta keep on learning right?!)

And, the exciting news is I’m holding the Spring Equinox Workshop again and, YOU are all invited

AND it’s going to be IN PERSON!

Come along and learn all about the Spring Equinox, Self-Care, Goddesses, and Cyclical Living, and try your hand at journaling, setting intentions and just being held in a beautiful healing space
